Delivery Times

Order cutoff: 2:00 PM CT. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, adding up to one extra day to the delivery estimate.

Handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.

Transit time: 6–8 business days, Monday–Friday.

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days total.

Delivery times are estimates. They can vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order required.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or lost, contact our customer service team at info@velmesta.com right away. We'll help sort it out and make sure your order arrives.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives and an item is missing, email info@velmesta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the missing item at no charge or issue a refund for it, your choice.
